Student Account Billing
Effective July 1, 2011, notice of statements is sent to registered students via your Meredith e-mail account. Your bills will be stored for a period of six months on our Billing website. Your statement is snapshot of your Meredith account as of the statement date. If you effect changes to your student account, they will be captured on the next billing statement following the change. In order to reconcile any differences in your account with what appears on your bill, please contact the Accounting Office during our business hours.

In order to view your statement, you may log on to https://secure3.i-doxs.net/meredith/.
You must have a user name and password to access the site.
If you do not know your user id or password, you may still make an online payment. See below for details.
Tuition is due in full in advance of each semester:
Fall semester - due August 1
Spring semester – due December 15
As of July 1, 2011, we no longer accept bank card payments in the Accounting Office or over the telephone.
Making payments:
- In person: You may pay in person via cash or check during regular business hours in the Accounting Office, 120 Johnson Hall. We have an after-hours secure drop box for your convenience. For your protection, please DO NOT leave cash in the drop box. Credit will be given the next business day following drop off.
- By Mail: You may mail your check to:

**For proper handling, please have any outside scholarships sent directly to our office.
Do not send outside scholarships through the e-bill system.
- Make your payment online: If you receive a bill through our online billing process, you may make your payment online. Log into https://secure3.i-doxs.net/meredith/. and select 'pay'. You may pay via MasterCard, Discover, or American Express with a 2.99% convenience fee assessed (minimum charge $1.00). Sorry, we cannot accept VISA. You may pay via e-check (you MUST pay from a checking account) and avoid a convenience fee, or you may mail a check to our lockbox.
*If you would like to make a payment, but do not know your login or password, you can still make a payment.
You must know the accountholder number.
Follow these steps:
- Log into afford.com
- Select "Make a payment"
- Select "Pay in Full"
- Select "North Carolina"
- Select "Meredith College"
- Select "Credit Card (credit card convenience fee applies)" or "Bank Account"
- Select the appropriate payment type (i.e., student). If you are pre-paying so that you can register, please select 'Prepayment-not yet registered'.
- You will be given a confirmation that you can print, if needed.
- Payment plans: In lieu of full payment, Meredith offers a monthly payment plan at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters.
For your convenience, Meredith offers an interest-free monthly payment plan to all current students through Tuition Management Systems (TMS). If you would like additional information, contact TMS on-line at www.afford.com/meredith or by phone at 1-800-722-4867. To insure proper credit, be sure to include your student ID number when enrolling. There is an enrollment fee to participate. Your enrollment must be completed prior to the tuition due date.
Please note: Payment plans are not available for summer school. This includes summer rent for The Oaks Apartments.
