Teaching Fellows Application Process / Home

The Meredith Teaching Fellows program offers enriched programming to attract the best and brightest high school seniors interested in the teaching profession. Students who have applied for admission to Meredith College are eligible to apply for the Teaching Fellows program.

Students interested in becoming a Teaching Fellow must apply online* or submit the paper application.  Along with the application, students must submit an essay, resume and references. Use these helpful hints to help improve the quality of your application. Applications for the Class of 2021 are currently being accepted with a January 15, 2017 deadline!

*If you choose to use the electronic version, log in using the Admissions Applicant Portal Temporary PIN or password you established after you submitted your application for admission to the College.

Finalists will be invited to campus during Honors and Teaching Fellows Scholars Weekend on February 19-20, 2017 to interview with faculty, professionals in the education field, and Teaching Fellows.

Meredith College Teaching Fellows

Meredith College Teaching Fellows develops model teachers and future leaders who have a strong sense of mission, service, and professionalism. They have the opportunity to study abroad, attend educational seminars and cultural events such as plays and concerts, and work closely with a mentor teacher.
