Program of Study / Health and Wellness Concentration

Students who pursue a bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Sports Science – Health & Wellness concentration are well prepared for entry-level positions with community, medical and corporate fitness programs, as well as entry into graduate programs.

Through their course of study, co-curricular activities, practical experience in the on-campus fitness center, human performance lab, employee wellness program, student fitness programs; and industry certification opportunities, health and wellness students gain first-hand knowledge of how to develop and implement life-changing exercise and sports performance programming.
