The programs offered through the School of Education, Health and Human Sciences promote the education of students who aspire to professional practice, higher levels of academic training, and productive careers that positively impact the quality of life for individuals, groups, organizations, schools, families and communities. We support connections between theory and practice through research-based, ethical programs of study. To these ends, our programs strive to develop in students the knowledge, skills, and dispositions necessary to serve as leaders who respond to the dynamic challenges within their chosen professions.
