Meredith offers an Accelerated MBA for those wanting a faster, full-time academic option. If you are able to commit yourself full-time toward achieving an MBA, Meredith’s Accelerated MBA program may be the ideal choice for you.
Is the Accelerated MBA Right for You?
If you have an undergraduate degree in business or accounting, you can expect to finish an MBA in just one year, starting the program in the fall and finishing the following August. If you need foundations courses prior to beginning the MBA program, you can finish in two years. The flexible nature of the program will allow you to shift to a slower pace if your personal situation changes. This option is not recommended for students with full-time employment.
The same admission criteria that are used to admit students to the Meredith MBA apply to the applicants to the Accelerated MBA.
How It Works
Students in the accelerated program attend regularly scheduled classes four nights a week, Monday through Thursday, in both fall and spring, and two nights a week in summer. Work outside of the classroom can be done during the day or on weekends.
You can connect with a graduate admissions counselor in a variety of ways—choose the one that’s most convenient for you. We look forward to hearing from you!
Designed for working professionals, Meredith's MBA program prepares men and women to succeed in today's global business environment. You'll develop strong ethical leadership and communication skills as well as increased confidence and comprehensive business knowledge, allowing you to advance professionally in your field—and beyond.

The Meredith MBA prepares graduates to go strong. Kacie Fore, '14, is a recent graduate, but she's already been promoted - before she even finished the program - thanks to what she learned. She also studied abroad in China and made strong connections with others in the program - connections that she fully expects to last a lifetime.
