A communication degree prepares students for a career in many areas, including business, public relations, media, nonprofit, government, law and education. Whether writing, teaching, serving customers, disseminating information to the public, or managing workers, a communication degree provides the skills and knowledge necessary for professional achievement.

Graduates of Meredith’s communication program frequently go on to graduate school in communication, psychology, social work or law school. Others hold professional positions with leading employers such as:
