Commuter students make up a large and valuable part of the Meredith student body. Specialized programs, transportation assistance, and other resources such as the amenity-packed Cate Center keep our commuter students informed and connected to campus life.

Athletics

Meredith is the first single-gender institution to earn the USA South Women’s President’s Cup. With eight NCAA Division III sports, from basketball to lacrosse, the Avenging Angels continue to go strong.

Performing Arts

You don’t have to be a music major to perform in an ensemble at Meredith. The same is true for theatre and dance. Pursue your passion through a variety of performing arts opportunities.

We're excited to perform with the Raleigh Symphony Orchestra next week! There are two opportunities to see Chorale sing with the orchestra:

-The first is the Concerto Aria concert on Friday, April 26th. This concert is free and general admission. 
-The second is the Rising Stars concert on Saturday, April 27th. This concert is a ticketed event. Please visit the Raleigh Symphony Orchestra's website (https://www.raleighsymphony.org/) for more information on how to purchase tickets. 

Both performances are at 7:00 PM in Jones Auditorium at Meredith College. We hope to see you there!
